You are still in the Quilting-Dee website, however, you are able to request a quilt or make a donation directly to  IPump.org, Inc.'s program QD Quilts for Children Newly Diagnosed with Diabetes through our site.  We do NOT receive any compensation or portion of your donations for IOH or the Quilting Dee.  Quilts and materials that are donated are sewn into quilts by volunteers of all sewing skill levels.  The quilts are given away free to children with diabetes.  IPump.org, Inc. is a nonprofit, California Public Benefits Corporation.   If you would like to contribute to IPump.org, Inc. through their own website, go there now.

Before you request a quilt... please be advised that our Quilts for Children are donated by sewers of all ages and skill levels.

Because we offer quilts for free to children, we ask that you remember our volunteers sew from the heart and we accept quilts from anyone who wants to contribute.  We especially love quilts made by other children with diabetes!

This is not a contest, quilts are not judged or rejected, and we are grateful to those who take the time to make a quilt at their own expense just to help put a smile on the face of a child.

Corners may not be perfectly mitered or a "stitch in the ditch" might not quite make it there in some quilts, while others may reflect the precision stitching of a pro.  But all are our quilts are safe for children (who never "seam" to notice imperfections) and will be sent with a lot of love.
