You are still in the Quilting-Dee website, however, you are able to request a quilt or make a donation directly to  IPump.org, Inc.'s program QD Quilts for Children Newly Diagnosed with Diabetes through our site.  We do NOT receive any compensation or portion of your donations for IOH or the Quilting Dee.  Quilts and materials that are donated are sewn into quilts by volunteers of all sewing skill levels.  The quilts are given away free to children with diabetes.  IPump.org, Inc. is a nonprofit, California Public Benefits Corporation.   If you would like to contribute to IPump.org, Inc. through their own website, go there now.

Refund and return policy for QD Quilts for children program

I understand that all quilts requested, obtained, and received through our QD Quilts for Children program are made by volunteers who have various levels of sewing skills.  I understand that there may be sewing imperfections and flaws in some quilts and agree to accept any quilt from IPump.org (through the Islets of Hope/Quilting Dee website) "as is."

I understand that neither IPump.org, Inc. nor Islets of Hope/Quilting Dee, can offer refunds on any and all donations made, nor accept returns of any quilts offered, requested, received, or obtained through the QD Quilts for children program.

Product liability

I understand that IPump.org, Inc., Islets of Hope/Quilting Dee nor any of their employees, volunteers, associates, or affiliates, known collectively as "Companies," are responsible for any damages or losses either directly, or indirectly, resulting from use of this website or any of the links or material found on this website.

Further, I understand that the Companies are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury, either directly, or indirectly, to any person(s), organization, business, or entity, that requests, purchases, or receives products, information, services, quilts, or any other items or service, either tangible or intangible, through our website.

I understand that only quilts valued at under $100 are automatically insured. For any request that has a value exceeding $100, that I may be responsible for paying for additional insurance, if desired.

I understand that I must report any problems, concerns, complaints, or other issues to program-director@ipump.org within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a quilt, after which time, all problems, concerns and complaints will be considered invalid.
