Refund and return policy for Free QD Quilts for Children program from IPump.org, Inc.

All quilts requested, obtained, and received FREE through IPump.org, Inc.'s QD Quilts for Children program are made by volunteers who have various levels of sewing skills. Recipients understand that there may be sewing imperfections and flaws in some quilts and agree to accept quilts "as is."

Quilting-Dee, nor Islets of Hope, nor IPump.org, Inc. can offer refunds on any and all donations made, nor accept returns of any quilts offered, requested, received, or obtained through the QD Quilts for Children program.

If you have a problem, question, or concern with the quilt you receive, please contact children@quilting-dee.com to discuss your situation.  We will work with you to try and find a mutually satisfactory resolution.
